Dr. Kathleen Todd, D.O. graduated from Michigan State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Physiology from the Lyman Briggs College of Science and Technology Studies. She continued her medical studies and earned a Doctor of Osteopathy at MSU- College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1995. Afterwards she moved to Orlando and attended Florida Hospital East Orlando where she graduated with her Internship in 1996 and Residency in 1998. She was also Chief Resident in Family Practice from 1997-1998.
Dr. Todd proudly served as an officer in the United States Air Force where she earned the rank of Major and was a physician in Special Operations. During active duty, she was a family doctor for all military personnel at EglinAir Force Base and was also an augmentee to Special Operations at Hurlbert Field. She continued her medical studies and earned a second board specialty in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. This second specialty has sparked an emphasis in the diagnosis and treatment of pain disorders as well as addictions. Dr. Todd has seen how devastating addiction disorders can be to the human body and to it’s spirit. These diseases not only effect the individual, but also their loved ones and family members. She feels that it is essential to provide the highest level of medical and psychosocial care to her patients.
